1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- All returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, and labels still attached.
- The item must not be damaged, worn, or washed.
- Items must not be personalized or custom-made, as these are non-returnable.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene products, such as fitness equipment with used or opened packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is easy with SportRoyal. Just follow these steps:
2.1 Contact Us
To start the return process, please email us at info@sportroyal.click with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed. You will also receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required to complete the return process.
2.2 Preparing Your Return
Once you have received your RA number, please follow these steps:
- Pack the Item: Place the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Ensure all accessories, manuals, and other components are included.
- Include RA Number: Write your RA number on the outside of the return package.
- Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
2.3 Shipping Your Return
Once your package is ready, you will need to ship the item to our warehouse address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or wrong product sent).

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. After approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and it may take several business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3.2 Exchanges

- Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item received), we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for free return shipping.
- Return Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned items reach us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. International Returns
If you are returning a product from outside the United States:
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
